CORPUS CHRISTI -- During the next two months, Country Music station K99 and the Corpus Christi Hooks are teaming up to identify the most passionate Hooks fans in the Coastal Bend.

The grand prize? How about two Hooks season tickets for 2010?

"We are on a mission to find the most avid Hooks fans," K99's Big Frank said. "People around here are on fire for the Hooks and now they'll have an opportunity to demonstrate their love, loyalty and passion.

"Let me say this... over-the-top dress and spirit are encouraged!"

"This is a fun and exciting project," Hooks president Ken Schrom said. "We are happy to donate a pair of season tickets and the second- and third-place finishers will pick up a team-autographed baseball and apparel from Hook, Line & Sinker, among other goodies."

So, how do you get involved? Listen to CoCo & Wintrow weekday mornings between 6 and 10 and Big Frank afternoons from 3-7 on K99. You can submit photos through www.k99country.com at The Hooks Super Fan box. Or, you can have your Hooks Super Fan photo taken at Whataburger Field on Friday, August 14, before the Hooks tangle with the Arkansas Travelers at 7:05. That afternoon, Big Frank broadcasts live from the ballpark's Bradley Studio.

A select panel of judges determines the Top 10 and Hooks players vote for the 2009 K99 Hooks Super Fan!
